Here on
Schloßbrücke you can catch watertaxis for a
sightseeing trip. But you better walk east for two minutes to the next
bridge (Liebknecht-Brücke). There you find more and bigger
ones.
"God's revenge for communism".
That's what the reflecting sunrays on the East-Berlin TV-tower were
called by West-Berliners.
"Palast der Republik", the East
German parliament building in its current state of demolishion

Zeughaus
The
street "Am
Zeughaus" is Berlin's tourist market. Here you get everything you
really need. Postcards, T-shirts, paintings and whatever.
The
Zeughaus itself is a museum. >>>more
How to get there:
Go to Am Zeughaus/Unter den Linden.
As a typical tourist you go there anyway while visiting the museum
island, the dome or having a ride with a watertaxi. It's a ten minute
walk from S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt (S3, S5, S7, S9, S75).
